Since Webber has those head legs I figured that a decent perk would be to alow him to hold 2 items in the hand slot at the same time. For example he'd be able to hold an axe and a lantern at the same time and be able to chop down trees without having to put the lantern down.
Animation-wise one item would be held in his hand and the other one would be held by one of his head legs
