I've heard a lot of stuff about Ocean content being not desirable enough, and i thought of something that would make it a lot more desirable: Sleek hats! Rockjaws would have a 50% chance to drop a shark fin, with a new look to suit the rockjaw a bit better. With one shark fin, 4 moon shards and 1 shell bell, you can craft a sleek hat which gives you 25% faster movement speed and lasts for 3 days, just like in Shipwrecked.
