(Beta) Festive trees should be grown using Silviculture instead of Horticulture

At the moment Silviculture doesn't work on any trees planted in festive pot, although grows wild trees. Not sure if it is intended behavior, but I thought that new Horticulture must grow only edible stuff. Correct me if Im wrong.
Anyway there is not much of an issue for game's balance with this, I just guess it would be more intuitive option.
