Craftable fish food recipe?

I mean, 3 bottles per fish food is a bit of a stretch, if you ask me.

EDIT: Just want to say that 3 bottles trading with Pearl is a bit outrageous, cuz we get only 20 seconds of it's use. Very very useful fishing item only if it were craftable.
