Fix Return of Them volume OST's?

This been an issue since the beginning of RoT when they introduced to Sailing music, volume imbalance over most of it's songs besides farming music that was introduced on Reap what you Sow update.

The only OST that really does actually have normal volume setting is farming music in comparison -w- It's been over a year or two now, Klei, why not just give it a quick look at? ._.
