better sound setting options

We really need some better sound options.

1) being able turn of sound when tabbed out (mostly related to the anoying menu music)
2) being able to control menu music volume, it is so abnoxiously repetative
3) being able to change your output device current the only way for me to swap between speaker and headphone is to completly close down the game swap output in windows then restart it.

And while not related to sound having pause actually pause when playing SOLO whould be very welcome having to close to server to answere the door, go to the bathroom or whatever is really anoying.

Also i tried find it but seems it doesnt excist (or i cant find it) it be able to pick a default for 32 or 64 bit now it jsut asks every time i start the game.
