There should be an option on the Curio Cabinet to select a Belonging skin next time is crafted.
Also being able to select starting items skins, like Abigail's flower, Bernie or Walter's Pinetree Hat before entering a world, I dislike having to either craft a second item or going to the struggle of getting a Clean Sweeper due to it's high cost and being a tier 2 Magic item.
